I can’t stop replaying Chen Kun’s “Rose Sentence” (蔷薇刑)

Shame on me! I’ve been so caught up in the kpop scene lately that I completely missed the new mv from one of my favourite pieces of eye-candy, Mr. “Aloys” Chen. I’m translating the title of the song to “Rose Sentence” in English, since I’m not certain of the official translation, and I’d rather keep watching  this video on repeat than do my due diligence. It’s the first track of his latest album, Mi Me (谜ME) and I liiike it.

I still haven’t quite figured out the mv. Chen Kun is sort of wandering around this weird garden and touching random greek columns, and there’s some blond boy, and I thought maybe it was a “Chen Kun does the Secret Garden” kind of thing, but then all of the sudden there’s all these roses and mirrors and his shirt is off and then he’s tied to a column!

Pity, I guess some other girl got to him before me… (omg, j/k, I’m so not creepy like that! For the record: I don’t tie cute boys to greek columns against their will and I’m not condoning the practice.)
