CN Blue: plagiarism?

The new single from CN Blue (Code Name Blue), I’m a Loner (외톨이야), has been burning up the charts. It’s a fun pop-rock ditty. I deem it totally catchy and noreibang worthy. The band is a nice group of 4 good lookin’ fellows. They’re all my younger brother’s age, as is the trend these days, so I’m starting to feel like an old ajjuma. I’m struggling against fate, but you may soon see me in Ktown, sporting a visor and a mountain hiking stick…

However, there is controversy!

Netizens are claiming that I’m a Loner is a little too similar to the song Blue Bird (파랑새) by Ynot and that this might be a case of plagiarism. In response, FNC music has claimed that the two songs are hardly similar at all and that Ynot is “noise marketing”.
